i'm so excited for you. i read all the replies sent to you and their advice was great. my surgeon was dr. zane at kaiser permanante, harbor city, ca...the best surgeon ever! i love kaiser's 12week pre-operation options program. they gave me so much pre and post operation info plus starting me on protein drinks to give my body a better success advantage. my date was dec. 6,2011. i'm 1 week out and having a hard time getting those 64 oz. of fluid in. one thing i can tell you, i'm not hungry. i have to remember to eat, (or should i say drink?) you have a good, positive attitude and a wonderful support system. i know you wiil have much success. good luck melloDiva
