Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had some good and healthy pumpkin spice recipes. Some things like a pumpkin Protein shake or low cal/low sugar pumpkin Cookies? I love the seasonal comfort of pumpkin. Although I don't eat sweets that often, I would love to make a batch of Cookies for me and my children before the fall season ends. i would just like to enjoy it without all the sugar and cals that most public places offer.
Thanks in advance

You look great lala' date=' you will need to shares some tips with me, I also got banded late December 2011 and have lost 44 pounds so far, I will like to kmow you secret, 80 pouns is amazing, was it the food, the exercise? Any advice...[/quote']Thanks
I was banded 5/15/12 but I began the process in December of 2011. I started keeping a food diary (myfitnesspal.com) and walking. Since being banded I started jogging and walking further. I also like to keep it fun so I do Zumba, I play tennis and I do just about anything to keep moving. I've also cut back on bread and pastas. I usually don't put a starch on my plate so it's usually Protein and veggies for me. I'm always looking for ways to push myself. Some days are easier than others seeing as though I have two small children and they have me running all day.
So just get moving, anything, make it fun. Track your food so you can see what you're actually eating and how much of it. Get that Water and Protein in. Wishing you the very best

Started this journey in late December of 2011. Since then I've lost over 80lbs. This has been a life changing experience. I'm grateful for everything and I look forward to more success. Thanks to those that have supported me through this. The support is priceless. I have about 60 more pounds to go until I reach my first goal. Excited for what's to come.
Just wanted to share my photo with my LBT family. Best wishes to everyone

I had this as well. It could be the gas and more than likely that's what it is. However, keep alert about it to make sure it doesn't worsen. If it does, you may need medical advice/attention to calm your nerves and to make sure it's nothing serious.
Best of luck to you and wishing you a speedy recovery.
