Yoplait light is 110 calories and they have a thousand flavors and they r actually really good. Some of my favs are Boston creme pie. Only thing is if it is fruit flavored (ie. strawberry shortcake) it will have fruit in it. But they have lots of flavors that don't. They have lemon pie as well and orange creme is amazing! They are awesome indeed!

Plain Greek yogurt is like eating sour cream! 1) 2 % Greek Yogurt is not as sour as the 0%' date=' 2) For a snack I would add splendra which helps a lot. Also choose one with fruit it in that helps a lot. It dissolves so you don't get a grittiness (which I got with Truvia). For Breakfast I have Chobani Greek yogurt (with fruit), non flavored benefiber, 1/2 scoop whey isolate vanilla Protein powder, and splendra. Mix well. I then add 1/4 cup high Protein Kashi Go Lean.
I am a fit of a Chobani flavor snob: my favorites Cherry, Apple Cinnamon, Raspberry, Pinapple, Peach.[/quote']
Very nice suggestions! Thanks

there is a light yogurt that is only 60 calories - banana cream pie flavored - have to look at calories of light yogurts some are much higher than othersI've had all the light yogurts that I enjoy. It's just become boring and I need to mix it up a bit. Thank you for your suggestions

I started Zumba 2 weeks ago and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! It's so much fun and doesn't really feel like a you're working out. My first class was REALLY funny trying to keep up and I actually told the instructor that she made me feel as though I was no longer a black girl' date=' b/c i had NO rhythm what so ever..lol. But even though I didn't know the moves I tried them and really did get a good workout. I go 3 days a week and I look forward to my classes. Try it out, I think you will enjoy....[/quote']Thanks!
I'm definitely going to try it. Let's just hope I can keep up

The cheapest most nutritious food is beans! I eat them all the time and if you use the dry kind (have to soak overnite) they are practically free. I sautee and onion in some olive oil and add some spices and then dump that' date=' the Beans, and some veg broth in the crockpot and it is so easy and delicious![/quote']Thanks! Beans sounds great

I lost 30 pounds before surgery walking away the pounds! Look Insanity up...its from the guy who did Hip Hop Abs...Shaun T. Its really brutal but they say you will loose a lot in 60 days!Nice! I will look that up, thanks

I have two children(3 and 15 months) who are somewhat picky eaters. I would like any ideas on healthy meals that combines all the food groups that's needed for balanced meals.
Thanks in advance
Sorry about the typo

I didn't like Zumba for that reason...it was wayyy too fast and I couldn't keep up! Plus I didn't understand the moves...but I also can't dance...so it really just wasn't for me. I do Walk away the pounds mostly but have been switching it up so that my muscles don't get used to the same moves over and over..and now that its so nice out I've been walking outside and I'm going to today with weights. Last night I tried Insanity...LMAO! Have any of you tried that? Now its just crazy..but I did my best and I'm really thinking about sticking with it...the more I do the better I'll get!Walking is very good too. I know the nutritionist told me that walking can do a great deal for weightloss. What's "Insanity"?

I just started doing Zumba twice a week. I am as uncoordinated as they come' date=' so most of the time (Until I know the moves) I feel like Im behind in the class. But, I have fun and get a good workout, and thats what matters the most. If you go into it with a positive attitude, you will come out of it with a good workout. Also, I went to a couple different instructors. I can honestly say I didnt care for the first one, but the second one I went to I loved. Most places will give you the first class for free to see if you like it. Take advantage of that. Find an instructor you like with a class that you feel the best in.[/quote']Getting a good workout is what it's all about--Burning this calories and having fun while doing it. That's awesome! I plan to do it at least twice a week also. There's a church nearby that has the class. I'm so looking forward to it. Thanks for sharing your experience

I do Zumba with a friend of mine. She doesn't really follow along at all. She does a little bit of what they do' date=' but mostly her own stuff. Pretty funny actually! I on the other hand try very hard to follow along. The instructor tells us, it doesn't matter as long as you're moving and having fun![/quote']Your friend has a bright idea
that's very funny! Thanks for sharing

Yeah' date=' it's usually pretty fast paced... Combine that with someone who never was very dance gifted and it's not pretty[/quote']
it's ok, you're not alone

I have heard of golden zumba' date=' which is supposed to be slower paced. I have done zumba a few times, and my only dislike was not knowing the steps and feeling perpetually behind. I'm sure it would be really nice when you had he steps down.[/quote']Oh ok, I have the Zumba on the kinect and it's so fast paced to me. I would like to do it but a little slower, at least until I learn the steps. Thanks for sharing your experience

I just added you)
