I started walking after my first post op visit--which was a week after surgery. I just started doing Zumba. Listen to your body. Take it easy and good luck

I can eat them. I buy the low carb, whole wheat/whole grain, 98%fat-free tortillas, 80cals per large tortilla.

My BMI starting out was 51 and now it's 39. I would like to lose a total of 140lbs or more. Good luck -

Just tried this today and boy oh boy was I sweating! Great workout. My thighs hurt and I felt the burn for sure I didn't make it through a 60 min dance class but I did a short one and I'm going to work my way up. Lots of fun!

Had surgery 5/15/12 and just got my first fill 6/27/12 which is about 6 weeks post op and my next is 8/8/12. Good luck!
