i did itbis not perfect look but before sleeve i cant

when iwas early post operative some times icrave to something like pizza or burger really craving so i take apeice chew it and then through it away i never let it go down to my stomach road it only in my mouth , teeth and tongue maybe thid will end your craving too with no harm to your sleeve or gainain calories

mine looks too small and ill any one who see my face they ask me whats the matter ? are you ill? it seems i lost half of my weight from my face plus my face not shiny any more dry and black circle around my eyes help plz

im 165cm my weight at 6/2/2012 was 110 kg at 6/2/2013 was 70 kg i was thinking if loosing will continue for ever or what? but since 6/2/2013 till now im 70 kg i want to loose more weight is this the end of my weight loosing story? iwant to be 60-65 kg to be my fixed wt

what are the things or matters you hace done after getting your new body? i wear alot of clothes ( of small size) i didnot wear it before, i ride a byce, run, i put 3 ears accessory, take photos take a small plce in my freinds car the thing i dream of is to been carried by some one

hi all did your style in buying clothes change after surgery? this winter i wear coat for first time before sleeve i have no courge to wear coats also boot in summer i wear white blouse, skinny jeans, short jacket really sleeve help me alot with clothes matter

also colours in past i prefer black bcz i think it made me looks less fat now i wear even white high heels shoes

since 1 year and 3 months yes my lab is normal i lost 40 kg

is it possible to gain weight and return fat again? im scared of this idea

it could be increase in your bile salt bexause of decrease amount of food we eat after surgery the bile from gall bladder could be increase especially in females , fatty, above fourty age do liver function test

i have after my surgary avery bad attacks of anger and more depression iget angery even on my little brother, my family, my best freinds idonot know why? is this related to the surgery or maybe hirmonal changes bcz of loosing weight

before my surgery i hate any sugary food but now after one year of my surgery i always need candy , cake and choclate its not just adesire i feel om in need for any one feel the same why? do you know why?

you can take antibiotic + antiinflamatory from pharmacy if you are diabitic take your medicine regularly if you ara not do blood glucose for check up
