My dietician gave me a good idea to pass that plain chobani. You can buy any sugar free jelly and mix it into it at the end of the day that's how they make the flavor ones. Good luck on your journey. I just got approved and getting surgery on April 9th. I'm 25 5'3 and 250

Yeah mine too I even offered to do the liquid diet for longer and he said it wasn't necessary

Recently I decided not to tell anyone other than my family about getting the sleeve because I got tired of people telling me that's the easy way out and how many complications come with that surgery. HELP!!! I'm having second thoughts about the surgery for these reasons even though at the beginning I felt like it was a dream come true. I'm really scared because of complications and all these negative thoughts. Can anyone help me on this???

I guys I'm getting a sleeve but have been thrown back by my friends comments, have you gotten pregnant after the sleeve I know I gotta wait and I will but things like food intake for the baby and weight gain after pregnancy worries me, what about infections?

Guys at least you know that at some point you will get better. Would you guys rather keep on been sick called it Diabetes, high blood pressure, infertility. Those believe it or not are way worst than the "temporary" pain you're on. Take control again of your bodies and minds. Remember this is the first step towards a new life

Have you heard about The Atkins shakes? It's like slimfast but I do like the taste a bit better, I love milk so these replacement products don't really work for me, also unsweetened almond milk is great
