Was wondering the same thing

I'm almost three weeks out and eatting mushies (egg white salad smashed, chili blended, Greek yogurt, and blended tuna) , about 2 tlb, oh and I can eat a whole scrambled egg in about an hour. Ok so here is the problem, I feel empty about 20min after I eat. Should I be eating more? Oh and I'm only able to drink 2 30g each of Protein, before they make me feel sick and 5-6 cups of Water. So I'm getting about 70-75g a day. Oh and I'm burning from 300-500 calories of the less than 600 calories a day. One more time HELP!!!!! I'm so confused about ow much or little I should be eating.

Ok yes and no. I am having a hard time waiting the full 30 mins to drink, but I have been trying to remember the last few days. I do take Pepcid and I can tell the difference. I can't say I feel hungry just empty. And kind of get foamies. Thanks for your response I do feel a little better, this is just so confusing. I love my vets!

I feel our pain, I feel so empty! This shall pass I'm sure, for the both of us.

My nose runs and then if I take another bite or sip it I can feel it in my chest dead and center. No fun 2 1/2 weeks out

I'm not sure but it's all I can tolerate. I took to my 1 week and no one said its a o, so I'm keeping it, until otherwise told.

It took about a week for me with fed Aetna

Picky sleevia, she definatly a diva and vey picky. She likes nothing even smells. I'm not sure if we are friends or foe ,lol but I'm glad she is around.

I'm having the same problem, not on very bad things but as the cook, I have been tasting. I think is more to see what I can tolerate. I have to stop testing my sleeve.

If you quit to get your sleeve you have already given it up. Just stick with it, this is your new healthy life.

Try to get all your water and protein and walking in. By the way 30 is great, I'm one day before you on 3/21/12 and down about 16lbs

With as little I can get in I'm just happy my body is letting go of anything. I'm 2wks post-op and down about 16lbs.

Keep at it u will surprise our self. Just keep trying to get a little moe everyday. I was the same way. I am 2 wks post op today and am just this week able to get 60 g protein and 30-40 oz of water

I've never been a morning person, but always liked to eat with 30-45 mins of waking...not anymore. My sleeve does not like anything before 9:30. Pre-op I started taking liquid multi, no problem. Post-op my sleeve does not like anything but Pepcid complete. This is crazy, lol

I would say " I would rather not discuss it with you". I have ont told a handful of folks and will not discuss my weightlss with anyone else.

I had my surgery on the 21 st and had my post op yesterday and was down 11

I'm 6 days post-op and tired. Can't get my protein in or water but I did get down 1/4 cup Greek yogurt in 4 hours.lol

Got my sleeve Wednesday, and and can't stomach anything. Not Water , not ice, can't even think about Protein. What to do, I'm taking Pepcid, gas x, and tums as told by the doctor. Help!

I'm so jealous I can't get more than an once down and my stomach acid keeps coming up and very nauseous, Im miserable
