Amp from GNC. they have chocolate and vanilla. You can mix crystal light powder of your choice to the vanilla. Good luck! -

Gummy vitamins! Also, have you tried Amp powder at GNC? They have chkcolate and vanilla. You can mix a little crystal light powder of your choice to the vanilla...yummy. This mix is nice and thin and taste just fine when mixed with h20. Good luck!

This too shall pass my friend. Im 2 weeks out. I know its painfull and frustrating. Please try sugar free popcicles and slowly. This helped me when I couldnt drink. Tiny tiny sips and walk or move alot! Everything is very swollen and lots of gas. Dont panic. This is normal. Hang in there. -
