    I don't know anything about docs in Mexico, but I think its bad practice on the part of the coordinator. I'd get in touch with the surgeon and let him know what the coordinator is up to. Give him a chance if your research proves him to be a good doc.

    -fit in the rides at amusement parks -not get winded walking up steps -ride a bike -maintain my weight loss -sit on an airplane without spilling in the other seat -sit comfortably in a booth at a restaurant -shop in "non-plus size" stores -have shoes fit comfortably
  13. My official pre-op diet starts on Friday. To ease myself into it I started Lil Miss Diva's back to basics boot camp today. I wasn't that bad. Definitely had some head hunger and some real hunger as I failed to prepare for an extended time that I would be out of the house. But I made it! Let's see what tomorrow brings...

    Practicing What I Preach...

    I am so in! I'm actually starting tomorrow, Sunday because my pre-op diet starts on Friday and I want to get the full five days in. I have been in a stall for the past 2 weeks even though I have been watching what I eat and exercising almost daily. Next week I'm going to mix it up with an aerobics or Zumba class in addition to the elliptical. Sent from my iPad using VST
