Haven't worked out just walked .. 112 pounds down at 6 months just turn 7 months yesterday and down 2 ponds this week

I'm 6 months out down 112 and 2 pounds away from goal but I decided to change it to 10 more pounds since I'm doing so well

I thank God every day .. And I'm happy that you dealing so well

I'm only 6 months out .. I think imma lose more just because I'm still early out

You look fabulous .. So have you decided if you will lose the 30 pounds .. I'm thinking I won't alter my weightless I don't kno I just wants some room to breath you kno

I just checked my bmi is 28.7 which put me in over weight 18 to 24 is normal 25 more pounds would put me at the higher in but I'm not gone worry about numbers I just keep doing what I'm doing and let my sleeve guide the way

My doctors said what ever I feel comfortable at to be at a normal Bmi I would now have to lose 25 pounds that's up to me he said and said I look great .. So I'm just going by how I look as of now oh what weight I would settle at I think 25 more pounds on me would be too small what u think I just think ill go for 15 more pounds or were ever my sleeve takes me

108 pounds gone 6 months 6 pounds to my goal 30 to be at normal bmi

Oh and went for my Check up Bp was 110/80 felt so good

Surgery date 1/21/13 down 108 pounds at 6 months 6 more pounds to goal but that 6 I might turn in to a 15 ..

When to 6 month follow up and I'm down 106 pounds starting weight was 299 surgery weight 291 current weight is 193 goal weight was 185 but I'm thinking 170 height was 5'7/12 now 5'8maybe because I'm standing taller ..any way my blood pressure read 110 over 80 unbelievable it felt great everything was great he wanted me to make sure I'm taking B12 twice a week he said that's very important .. I just want to say thanks for all the support and I be glad to help any one who has Q I'm till learning but ill be glad to help .. And if u thinking about this journey it will be the best one you've been on ...

Your doing great at 4 days out I could even get that much in .. Just keep doing what your doing you will be fine stay out of the heat and get some rest .. I kno in the beginning I was so eager to just get on w the process but I promise you it gets better every day
