Yes it's frustrating ... I'm waiting another six month cause my ppo provider change to Aetna so I'm follow there requirements even thoe it didn't take effect until aug ... I'm two months in

After the diet I just have eval to do so I'm excited .. Can't wait

Q did the first visit of your 6 month diet count .. For example I went in June and July from June to July is a full month is that one or two months cause of one appt in June and one in July =two

Its annoying when everybody on here puts rolleyes behind every statement ... Really annoying when the rolleyes is not justified

I'm sorry to hear that your not alone by husband support me is very afraid of complications bring him to an appointment if he will go ... Cus I was doing some of my pre testing at the cardiologist and my husband went with me any who I told the doc that I needed to be clear cus I wanted the vsg he started smiling and was like I had that done three years ago it's the best thing and I wish I done it sooner ect. And so on but my look the surprising eyes I would have never thought but my point is that opened his mind and I'm still working on him and educating him cus all it is , is fear of the unknown

I didn't read all the responds so someone might have recommended this .. I'm not sleeve yet but have she thought about getting another weightloss surgery .. The sleeve is the first step to doing the bypass I no the " bypass " but it's a thought it might help her restart her weightloss ..

I hope so cus I want to be sleeve before Christmas or bring in the new year .. That would be a great beginning

My first Q is do the first visit count like for example I went for first visit June , just went July so that's number two visit but only one full month so is that consider two visits or one month

I lose 8 pounds in month I'm afraid to gain I think losing or not gaining is the best .. Make sure your doc is being specific as to what he wants u to do in the doctor notes make sure he put your calorie intake he want you stay at and your exercise program when u go back he should write in the notes what your where doing for the month ... My doc is very nice he decided on the calories but ask me what kinda diet I wanted to do and what will I do for exercise and that's pretty much it every month weight in

That what I'm doing now I just did my second month I'm on month 3

Those EKG s are something I'm not that close to surgery yet but I had a EKG it showed my heart had palpitation all over the place ...so my pcp was shocked so the had me she a cardiologist the cardio made do a stress test where a monitor four 48 hrs and ultrasound of my heart just to get cleared and found out I'm healthy ... But it eased my mind so I'm praying it works out for u I kno it will plz come back and let us kno .. Good luck

I just went to the doc to day and complete my first month of supervised diet I'm now working on my second month .. I loses 8 pounds and it makes me excited to being doing this journey ... Four months to go ... I don't drink cold drinks as of march I stop smoking as of march very little to no carbs mostly the carbs in fruit in veggies now this month goal is to learn how to chew my food completely and eat slower ... Oh by the way my friends and I have a weight challenge each month who lose the most weight for that $200 we all put in $ 20 what a great motivation

If I win I might have some of the money for out of pocket expense for surgery ...we are doing it for six months that $ 1,200

I have an opinion so here it goes I think we are here for the same reason to help one another and if u can help and make any effort to u should because every one is in the same boat or some of us has been .. I like to think we all our sleeve sisters and brothers ... So if you can help please do ... I'm not with tricare of have aetna but I read mostly all the post rather I have that insurance or not cause I like to think I might find info to help my sleeve brothers or sister so please keep it positive ladies .. I admire it and everyone of u good luck

My sister tells me all the time I don't have to do that u could do it on your own ...cause two yrs ago for my wedding I losed 40 lbs I reminded her about last yr when she loss 30 lbs and she gained it all back .. My sister lives in another state and we use to talk every day not so much anymore and when we do talk and I want to talk I bout the process and what I'm going through it goes over her head ... I'm so happy I have u guys to talk to ...thank you .... And my husband supports me but he's scared of the idea of my stomach being cut out and his main concern is the long term affected but he's coming around the more I educate him .. But this is the same man who was afraid when I got my gall bladder took out ...lol he loves me to pieces
