She's 4'11 y'all looking at it from a weight stand point she's short so 170 might look different on a shorter frame and w health problems

I just finish the 6month and I think it's great but long as we are impatient to start are new journey but it helps you get bad habits out your life and get new habits try to think of it as a chance to prepare your self learn how to don't eat w meals and chew chew your food slow I stop smoking it's been 9 months .. I don't dring sodas I started drinking more water and oh I lost alittle wieght during this time 20 pounds I think the supervised diet is better than most cus you have to answer to someone about your weight gain or loss and this person has his future in his hands of telling the insurance company your being compliant I think you'll loss some weight w that being in place but on another I kno some ppl doctors who didn't make them work has hard ..

I heard of a women getting resleeved on here cus hers was too big to begin with that's a thought

I don't think it's a lie I think it's half truth and it does give false hope yea u will lose weight from exercising but not large amounts of weight and how much u want to bet that majority of the ppl heard about the surgery through friend our word of mouth in my opinion it is what it is and ppl are just lying to them selves the fact that they had to do this and the more ppl speak out about it it will help other ppl it's no different then speaking out about mental illness why feel uncomfortable unless your a shame

Yes I seek advice on here expecially for experience but but I still think when it come possible cause harm to your self you should ask about it for experience but still seek medical advice cause we can offer our experience but we are not doctors

I think we are all adult if you made a mistake I get that but when ppl do huge things that could possible kill them No!! I'm not sleeve yet but the thought of doing something after having major surgery scares me I don't wanna have a complication that could have been prevented I can't stand pitty parties .. You kno rt from wrong do your absolutely best to follow the rules .. I think what bothers me the most is Q like what should I do and u kno u did wrong .. Seek medical help that's what u should do cause we are not doctors we can't tell u if your going to be okay or when ppl say I havent lost anything but you eating junk self explanatory but I wish everyone the best and u just have to do what's rt for you

I think u should say sorry for whatu said I think it's good posting here .. She needs support and encouragement plus she needs a reminder of how healthier her life can be good luck on tryna decide it's really a choice u have to choose for yourself and no one else after all it's your life

I Met w the surgeon i have a small hihatal hernia I knew this already so my plans where to have it repair when I have my sleeve my surgeon is say that he don't want to do the repair at the samething as the sleeve cause of infection control but I'm confuse cause everyone I've talk to on here has had it repaired at the same time I'm thinking about finding a new surgeon but the guy is experience and very sweet but I don't want to have to have a second surgery to repair it it's bad enough I want a TT after all this I just think that's to much surgery on my body I've already had two surgeries on my stomach area plus taking off from work and then another surgery hernia take 6 week before your release back to work for a active job

You having a major surgery should be fear enough possible complications it's nothing we can say to you that u don't already kno you have to care enough about your self love for your being are support and convincing will Only have u thinking its not enough u have to want it for yourself I've been off my cig for 9months I decide I wanted this surgery I had to be serious no smoke no soda 9 months I'm not sleeve yet

Wow are do a cover charge if you dobt call and cancle but that's sad that they don't do reminder calls and plus I wouldnt want him as a pcp if he takes things that personally you never kno what's going on in ppl lives but I've never miss one appt
