This happen to me once in the hospital and four days after surgery I have a topic about being emotional ..I'm two out and feel so much better everyday but I think I'll feel even better wants I start eating puréed I don't get hungry only at 12noon..I lost 26 pounds all after surgery it's getting better and I think it will for you -

I hated the muscle milk I have two bottles at home left that's good you can tolerate them too sweet and the chocolate taste like it has coconut flavor in them after surgery I can't stand sweet cause my post op diet in sugar liquids -

Hi everyone I'm 2weeks out I feel more like myself no hunger beside at 12noon every day I lost 26 pounds I could go back to work but I'm tryna adjust to my new life getting water and protein is a all day thing

I'm on full liquid and some purée what ever that mean stage 3 which I don't get what are some of you guys eating the only thing I've tried is yogurt .cream of chicken ,broth ,sugarfree Popsicle what am I missing I see ppl that had surgery the same day as me and there eating refried beans ,baked fish what would you'll all consider purée ? I had surgery 1/21/13

I try but yogurt has sugar in them I choose the nonfat and it still says it has sugar

When you guys eat what are the grams of sugar you stay under on one serving and how many grams in a whole day I'm almost two weeks out and I try to stay under 5grams pre serving but my choices are limited sometimes far as like yogurt but I really just want to kno the grams other ppl are consuming
