Surgery 1/21/13 started at 290 day of surgery my current weight is 236 took this pics this weekend

Yes only on the weekends I'm too busy during the week but I hope to do more on the week days

51 pounds all post op 1/21/13 61 pounds total

I stalled for two weeks at 6 weeks and I was tell my self I'm might not lose more cause I lost a lot so fast but it passed .. And so will yours

I had wine 8 weeks out and after having it had a 4 pound weightloss for that week

I drunk two glasses of wine at 8 weeks and I enjoyed it and had a good time dancing

I had surgery the same day as u 1/21/13 and I'm don't 51 pounds wow way to go your doing great ????????????

To be honest I really don't have a routine but I do it a egg for Breakfast every morning I don't weight my food I indulge in a piece of chocolate once a week or two weeks and I mean one piece I don't eat bread , rice , Pasta ect at all I haven't reintroduce them yet and I'm not in a rush to do so I eat Protein first always been a meat eater so this is not a problem for me I don't eat out really unless my husband takes me and I don't consider my self on a diet if I want something I have it but its not many unhealthy things I want I don't use pure sugar at all I drink Water and use a liquid enhancer to provide flavor for me oh I don't drink Protein shakes gave them up at two weeks I rather eat my protein

I'm so happy w my sleeve I stall for two weeks at one point but I'm back on loss 4 pounds this week after going two party and I had two glass I wine I was fine good luck to the beginners
