If you allow yourself something u want every now then u won't feel bad about what u eat cause I don't I'm human I'm not on a diet I'm having a lifestyle change I want to be as normal as possible them more u allow you self ( me) the more I realize I don't even want it but when u tell your self no I can't the more u desire it ..
