I agree I'm 6months out and still don't eat bread , rice , pasta , potatoes .. They feel me up to fast and I want to make it to goal 15 pounds to go I'm on no rush to eat these things .. Imma hold out as long as I can protein and veggies for me

My girlfriend found this pic of me it was some years ago I took this pic I don't even kno who that person is I don't even kno how much I weigh on that one while I started at 299 now I'm 201 6months out down 98 pounds

No I had one and my doc opt to wait to have it fix doing surgery he wanted me to lose weight first I considered doing both at the sane time was a dirty surgery .. 3 month after my sleeve my hernia got obstructed and I was throwing up bowels but I had the hernia for yrs never cause any problem I don't no if the weightloss contribute to the hernia getting obstructed. But I had emergency surgery April 19 Im well and doing great I just wished he would have done both surgeries at once ..

Q I want to kno my excess weightloss how do you come up with the numbers I'm 201 I was 299 at 5'8 6 months out

I love this thread I'm was in 24 now in 12 and L tops with 15 pounds to my goal I'm excited for you all who haven't been sleeved just to see they progress will amaze you I happy every opt not to buy clothes because you prolly skip that size or maybe you take the fun out if the process of shopping for small clothes don't rush the progress when it happen enjoy it .. The sleeve was the best thing I've done and thank god every day for that chance at a new me
