I would call the doc but hunny this has happen to me more than once I'm six months out and fine try not to worry but seek medical advise if need be -

Great job .. I have heard it all but 6months out and met two of my goals 100 pounds in 6 months and in the 100s .. Those same ones are now supportive but I feel good and I kno u do and ur beautiful -

I just want to thank everyone alot of you all have been supportive and I'm just so happy to have met two of my major goal to be at 100 pound loss and in the 100s I'm six months .. It feel so good I have 14 to 20 pounds to lose most think it's silly that I want to but hey I won't be the first to be 5'8 and thin lol -

My doc had me on ppi for the first 6 months I'm off of them and I doing fine I think it varies from person to person only way you'll kno if your off if them

I'm 1/21/13 I have reached to goals at the rt time I'm 6 months out and down 100 pounds that's was one of my goal 299now 199 and 14 pounds to go to goal -

I have regular hair shedding but no real lost a meat eater the Protein is important -

You kno to be honest it's really what works for you in my own opinion I don't track my food are non of that but it works for me I'm 6 months down 99 pounds .. And it feels good I think the best thing is find your sweet spot that benefits you

I vomit twice and it's from eating eggs I don't do well with egg that's the only thing I eat and don't no when I've had too much because I take like three bites and that's a wrap so I don't do scramble eggs anymore to heavy in my tummy

I do full fat .. I feel I don't eat as much so a rather in enjoy what I do it but I must admit all my drinks are sugar free just because drinking the calories are easier then eating them I mostly drink water or sugarless tea
