I haven't been in the gym either I walked more so then anything but you kno most times when I drink those was the weeks I've lost more but I might drink once a month

We had surgery the same day and I was thinking I was 7 months but I think I'm 6 months how many months are you ? Because we had surgery the same day

As of today 104 pound lost started 299 now 195 6 months

I have 10 pounds to meet the goal of my Nut which is to hit 185 I get that all the time you should stop you've lost enough you kno what I say to those ppl I won't be the first person 5'8 and thin and then I laugh .. I think imma go 10 pounds under her goal but honestly I feel good and goals weights just make you feel you succeed by numbers but you've already have by taking the first step to this journey ..make yourself happy I fired my nut in the beginning because she told me I couldnt put mayo or pickle juice in my tuna I said forget that I gotta do what's best for my lifestyle .. Congrats on your wieght loss

A friend of a friend had bypass surgery she lost weight fast started looking and feeling good .. She wanted to party every weekend and drink everyday well she's was in her middle 30s she found out in maybe feb. that her liver was damage went to the doctor and they told her it was nothing they could do for her sent her home on hospice well she died three days after that ..so it was shocking I've seen this friend of friend and would have never see that coming are action have consequences and it sad to hear this

It's normal to feel this way if you look at some of my earlier post I felt this way but you will start feel better and not so emotional .. I'm cheering you in for better days

Any way I've been saying I'm 6 months when I was 5 months I just turned 6 months on the 21 first of this months so I hit 100 pound lost at 5 months I believe so I'm down 104 pounds if your surgery was 1/21/13 tell me how many months you are .. I must be having to much fun to keep up or I'm losing my mind lol
