I am at my max restrictions, eat small meals and do the treadmill when my arthritis isn't bad and can't get any more weight off , I'm starting to get really frustrated -

Boy was i glad to read your post. I had mine a year ago June, started off at 283 my goal is also 150. I hope I'm there in 2 more years. I too will be looking into plastic surgery at that time, good luck. -

Just went thru this last week, had 1/4 cc taken out doing much better now -
I have 7.5 in a 10cc band and have no problems as long as I chew it well

Last week had 1/4 fill but today had to have it removed. Worse week of my life, nothing could go in even my morning coffe. Wowee do I fill better. I will more put in when I lose more weight.

Ty its been a long slow road, only down 54 lbs. had some family emergencies along the way that threw me off track but I'm back on the right road. Got another fill today too :~) -
When I first started my fills they were doing 1cc at a time till 6 then only 1/2 at at time

I Chew one mv in the am along with 2 gummy fibers then spac out 3 chewable calcium througout the day (get them at Costco. Remember you can't chew the mv and calcium at the same time, space those out. Also the amount of calcium you need depend on you age, check with your Dr. On that -

No hospital stay for me, went to a surgery center. Got there at 5:30am was home before noon...good luck
