Just curious how long you have been at 7.75. I too have a 10cc band and been at 7.0 for a few weeks and stil eating 4 to 5 small meals a day

I got a bow flex glass digital at Costco, you program in you height, age and male or female and gives you weight, bmi and something else I don't remember about $20.00

I had mine at true results in scottsdale, az and that includes the 1st years fills. That year is almost up. Anyone know how the pre paid plan works after that?
