Kc1 not to worry you body is going through detox. Getting rid of all the toxics in your body. I had a headache for three days, it does go away. Also hang in there you can do this, we have all gone through it. Get your friends and family on board to help support you. We are here for you as well. I would freeze crystal light and water in ice cubes. When I wanted to eat something I would eat them. It does help a lot. Do things that take your mind off eating. Stay strong your not alone.

Not everyone is going to lose the weight the same way. Some lose it faster at first then others. Keep following doctors orders and it will come off. Don't get discouraged, Keep your chin up. Also stay away from the scales, we are setting ourselves up for failure when we are on it everyday. I am so thankful for this app. and each of you.

My doctor told me that I was on a liquid diet for two weeks then after that two weeks of puree. I bought beef broth and more boost but I really am not that hungry. This is a whole new world. I always loved my food and it was always my comfort, not anymore. Funny how things change. I am so excited for each of us and our new journey.

My left shoulder and neck started to pain as well today. I had my surgery on Thursday Oct.25. Other then that I am getting around better. Not really hungry but I am taking in fluids. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Thanks I will be so glad when the gas is gone. The pressure and pain is terrible. Can't lay on my back or either side. I have to sit up to get any hope of sleep.

That is good to know I go for my first fill in 6 weeks, I will start eating with the baby spoon now. Thanks.

I have been putting heat on my stomach it helps a little. Just stated to pass some of this gas. Everyone is sleeping here and I am sitting in my chair wide awake. Had my surgery and really don't feel up to eating. I think it's b/c of all the pressure.

I had my surgery on the 25th, I wish I could pass this gas. My husband and daughters have been great. I only wish I could sleep in my bed and not in a chair.
