Did You Have A "drain" Post-Op?

It took a little over three months from start to finish. I had to wait to see their dietitian so I paid extra and went to the dietitian and phyco eval at my dr center. Total my out of pocket costs were only 300

I had the sleeve done on Feb 23,2012. I'm looking for any suggestions on do's and dont's. I can eat yogurt and cottage cheese now and mashed potatoes. I'm trying to eat 90 grams of protein a day. I've tried the EAS protein drinks and they are good. What protein shakes do you guys like? I'm very excited to hear from you guys !
