You need to amp up your protein your taking in too many carbs. Are you getting in your 60 grams of protein? It doesn't seem like you are -
I agree, I haven't been sleeved yet my date is 11/6 but it seems as if you need to amp up your protien. baked fish or baked chicken I be you notice a difference.

I'm with BCBS of IL and I needed a letter from my Primary Care and an explanation of all of the attempts that I made to loose the weight. It took me less than a month from the seminar to receiving approval from the Insurance company
