How are all the March Sleeves Doing...I'm stalled out right now have not lose any weight for about 8 days... but I been walking 2-3 miles every other day....trying to eat my proteins first. I slip up a couple times...gave into sugar cravings. I been pushing fluids but that's a uphill battle. I feel GREAT...and have a lot of energy...Feel like a 20 something Please share any ideals and updates!! -
