I have the Swedish BAnd- dont know how much it holds- never thoguht to ask... first fill I got 5cc-no problem water went down good..second fill 2cc. no problem with water. I go for my next fill next Friday will see what happens then Robyn

My last fill was in Oct. Up untill Jan things have been slow but gradually losing- then I felt no restriction, I could eat more and wasnt losing. All of a sudden 1.5weeks ago I got tighter- I thought it was due to stress, but not stressed out anymore.. I eat less than before because of this and the scale hasnt budged since Jan- stuck at 30lbs. Which I am not to concerned about ( i seem to lose a pound or 2 then stop and lose inches) Any takes on this? No PB'ing, no acid reflex, .. am at Curves 3x week, and on treadmill 20 minutes the other days, drinking Water. Not TOM, not sick. Added note: Today I ate normally-bandster normal that is-LOL Also I tried on a pair of flannel jammie shorts- never able to wear- to tight in abdomen, butt hips. TODAY: BAGGY!!!:rockon: And a T-shirt my mom got me from her Alaskan Cruise last yr- to snug- today BAGGY!!!!!:faint: Any ideas about this- someone on another board suggested I may have Band slip- Robyn

I was reading Yasmina post about ehr surgery time being moved up and I had to laugh..I remember when I had mne done the staff was ordering PIZZA!!! Thats nasty to a pre-op diet person-LOLOLOL.. They kept apologizing- guess they figured I wouldnt hear them or see them but The Dr's were behind in there surgery and I was sitting there in the little pre-op room. It was funny though. Thank you both..... I feel better already- I had No pain or anything so I will just monitor it and see how it goes. Had a feeling that nothing is really wrong just the band is being "fickle", but I guess its not a bad thing..really..only if the scale would move!!!LOLOL Thanks again Amanda and Chloe Robyn

Way to go Dodie- 30lbs is 30lbs. I havent sat in an airplane since oct and even then the seat belt was pretty snug. Hopefully next time it is better. Keep up the good work Robyn:D

Hey Heather I thought I would give it a try- he seems to be ok doing it so will have to see, also If he gets uncomfortable I might ask him if he has any surgeon buddies or even a Dr here at our cancer clinic. On another board I got flammed from one guy because I would let a GP do it. LOL Each there own I guess Robyn

I am a TLBC patient. I had 2 fills done at the TLBC clinic. They mentioned that your GP can do the fills if you want - they supplied me with a instructional CD ROM, for my GP to review. I go Mar 2 to my GP for my "fill". I thought I would give thsi a try- I am 18hrs away from Toronto, so I thought this might be an easier way.. But If I feel that my GP is having problems with the fill I will certainly go back to Toronto. Just wondered if anyone else is going through this- Please no FLAMMING - Robyn:p

After dropping 29lbs my lower back does not ache- I can walk around the mall without having to sit down!!!:clap2:

I am doing ok. I am stuck at 29-30lbs. But I have to get my butt in a for a fill- Last one was in Oct was doing ok till Jan. But at least I am not gaining-LOL Hows things with you? Where u from? I am 33ys married mother of 2 girls
