Suggestion For Unused Cpap Machines..
Liberated Sleeve replied to fattymcfatterson's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have had mine for 4 or 5 years now - that's great to know that I can donate it when I am done with it which should be really soon!! Thanks for sharing!! -
I upped my calories for a few days and then lowered them in the next couple of days along with taking it off from the gym and just slow walking giving my body a rest basically and lost 2 lbs. Hopefully it was just a stall (instead of the 3 week it hit me in between the 4-5?)

What Are You Looking Forward To Doing?
Liberated Sleeve replied to shelleyrn22's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
DANG Girl just about listed everything for me!! I crossed out the ones that don't apply up top and made my comments in read, then I added the biggest one for me: Have no problems maneuvering around New York City all day long with my 18 year old daughter for her graduation present June of 2013!! -
Cpap - Will I Ever Get Used To This ?
Liberated Sleeve replied to Odee's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I have the nose only one and have learned to keep my mouth shut! It took some time but I finally got used to it and have a much better night's sleep when I use it. I don't toss and turn as much and sleep most of the night unless I get up to use the rest room. Keep trying as your brain needs the oxygen! -
Right now I can just look at them and say - Thankfully I don't have any need or want for that stuff anymore. God bless and eat your hearts out!

Eating On The Move
Liberated Sleeve replied to bellabbr's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Deli meats are a good idea and you can keep them in the refrigerator. Cottage cheese with salsa? Tuna in the air tight bags in water and buy a small deal of light mayo. Pork rinds are good crunchy foods to eat with anything and they have no carbs. Greek yogurts. Hope these help somewhat. -
Not At All What I Expected!
Liberated Sleeve replied to adrimc26's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I am sorry you are having such a hard time. Are you getting your fluids in okay? Dehydration is serious business and will make you feel horrible. The stitches will itch and be somewhat painful for the first week and sometimes longer. Are you taking your pain meds? I am hoping and praying that you have called your surgeon and will update us soon. -
Bariatric Fusion Vitamins..good Choice?!?!
Liberated Sleeve replied to Anewlifeforme23's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am taking them and will probably continue to do so for at least a couple months until I get my first lab results back then I might try to figure out what else to take that gives me everything I am suppose to get. Mine are $25 for a 45 day supply. I am using the Strawberry flavor. -
Didn't like Truvia when I tried it - using Splenda.

Which Yogurt Do You Like With Most Protein?
Liberated Sleeve replied to AngieG0410's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Stoneyfield organic oikos here too. Add the same things or splenda and little bit of vanilla extract. It's also the lowest I could find in the carb category. -
When Did You Eat Salad?
Liberated Sleeve replied to Stacey Nicole's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Ate some salad this week (6 weeks out) after my protein and it went down fine and stayed. I had baby spinach and a mix of other baby lettuces with some cherry tomato and small amount of avocado. -

What Do You Tell The Nosey Peopke At Work?
Liberated Sleeve replied to Gettinhealthy's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm just gonna tell them I took control of my health and no longer have diabetes, high blood pressure and working on kicking the sleep apnea by eating more protein, less carbs and exercising much more. Why was I out for so long? Well I needed some mental health days too - LOL! -
Weight Watchers scale and it is within a pound of my doctor's scale.
