Just wanted to share.. Since I did not eat or drink for 5 days prior to my band removal I did not want to use the weight I was when I went to the hospital to have it taken out, I called the dr's office for when I went in on Feb 20th for a fill to get my weight then....I have gained 1 lb......1lb.....! I was so excited!! This is my 4th week unbanded and I feel much better....bet if I took a fluid pill I would lose that 1 lb..!!!

O.K. Here we go.... last night I had some tea right before I went to bed...I know a big no no. Well I woke up several times in the night coughingchoking. This morning when I take deep breaths it hurts in my chest. And I have a temp... What could be causing this? Could some of the fluid got in my lungs?? Please help me!!

Well praise him for changing his technique but what about the 3 of us that wasted money getting banded by him? And then having to pay to have it removed????? -

Dr Spiegel does have slippage....i personally know 6 people banded by him and out of those 6, 3 including mine, has slipped and been taken out. -

I am sorry that you have been accused of stalking. I think what we have going on is that some people have too much time on their hands and have nothing better to do than post on LBT. I am in shock at the crap that is going on here. People this is a Rant and Rave section, but don't you think enough ranting and raving has gone on?? I personally think that Lisa and Susan should start their own websites and take their followers with them and when they want lapband support they can join us here!!

Fine, I have gained up to 13lbs, depending on the day and fluid I am holding. I am still kicking:-)

I never would have thought that a board with adults would need so much "babysitting". But, hey that's what I get for thinking. It has it's time where we really aren't needed and it's quite, then it flares again. I don't post much anymore since I had my band taken out, but I still am around.
