Know what the funny thing is??? I just looked at some pictures that were taken at our family reunion and there was some of me and I was thinking, damn I look skinny......So the number is just in my head, I am going by the weight chart and my BMI which is 26.6....barely overweight and I have always thought that those charts were insane......I am hoping with my reduction I lose a few lbs..and that will help........Thanks everyone for the support....I love this place!

On most accounts, the bigger you are and the more you have to lose the faster you lose it. I was a "light weight" in the beginning weighing 235 at 5'7" and I lost 65 within the first year. Now someone that weighs 300 may lose 65 in the first 6 months....everyone is different!

I just meant I want a body like that, not the boobs, I have plenty of those.....that is y a breast reduction is on my calendar for October 31st!

Vinesqueen, I know what my problem is, I want to look like Pamela Anderson and that will never be for me. I am too focused on my outside appearance than my inside. I get soooo many compliments that I am pretty, or for people that have known me before that I look great, but I don't feel that way. It is the week before my time of the month so maybe that is why I am feeling so down....but, I am not happy with lots of things about me. Sometimes I am and other times I am not!!!!!!!! But, like Leatha says, I will get up and dust myself off again!!!

Where can I get a real body fat analysis done at? Paula, if you are mental so am I....I have been taking the Adipex!!!

My honeymoon is over!!!!!!!! Before I even heard of the band I can remember saying man, if I could lose 40 lbs I would be ecstatic!!! Here I am -65 lbs and still depressed and wanting to lose these last 10-15. I will do whatever it takes to lose this weight, even if I have to depend on Adipex for one last time in my life. The band does work, but you have to work also. I thought it would be a magical cure for me and it is not. Don't get me wrong, the first 65 came off very easy, but it is these last lbs that suck and are hard to come off. We all can see where everyone has lost alot of weight but are still fighting to lose more. If you are the type of person that could lose 1/2 of what you want to lose without lots of work and you can say that you would honestly be happy, then this will work for you and you can be happy...but if you are like me and want to lose more than the 50% of your excess weight, then you will have to work at it. I am more stressed about these last lbs then the ones I have lost. I soooo want to be in a size 8-10. When I was wearing a size 20-22 I would have said that I would love to be in a 16.......when I got in a 16 I wanted to be in a 12, now I am in a 12 and would love to be an 8.............so will I ever be truly happy??? Ask me after my breast reduction in October.......lol
