Started fertility treatments in July 1998 with a body weight of @ 133! Within 4 years of ups and downs and more and more treatments I gained 30 +/- lbs. Adopted a beautiful son in 2002 and with nothing else on my mind I ended up pregnant in 2003 (gained @ 21lbs./only kept about 6) after the birth of a beautiful baby girl. Tried to lose weight on numerouse diets but always gained it back! Then in September 2008 found out I was expecting again in May of 2009 (gained 19/kept another 4 lbs) after the birth of a bouncing big 8# 4oz. Baby boy! So here I am today, per-diabetic on Metformin, under-active thyroid, a busy mom of 3 and wife of a shift worker! I am 41 with a 10, 7, & 2 year old who are all very active! I just want to be healthy and happy with myself to live a long healthy life with my husband and kids!
