Your surgery was when and lost how much ? My surgery was 4/11 and I lost 72lbs...how is everyone else doing ?

Is it normal to have constipation? I use to use the bathroom everyday but now I go once a wk. I'm scared that this is not normal and I could be in trouble?

Hey my fellow sleevers, I have a concern I was wondering today I am 4 wks post op and I have only lost 29 lbs post surgery is this normal. By now I was expecting at 35lbs to 40lbs since ive been told the 1st stage is when in lose the most weight... I barely eat and Ive been exercising. I don't really know what am I doing wrong... Did anyone experience something similar?

I wonder the same thing... I haven't cheated either but I do wonder what would happen????
