    Hi I am so glad I found this site!! I am waiting for my insurance to approve my surgery. I am doing this through True results. They already told me to start my two week diet but I am having a problem finding the right Protein shake. So far I tried muscle milk, and Jay Robb. Does anyone have any suggestions?
