continued by lapband 77: All the weight I lost was pre operation and immediately after operation....while on liquid diet. Going to a new bariatric surgeon. Am I the only person with these symptoms?

Moved away from original surgeon. When I started regurgitating with just a few sips of water, I returned to him and he could not explain the problem, nor the ability to eat a lot after bringing original food up. Stopped going to current surgeon. Returned recently asking to have the band loosened. He said I needed to have it tightened and explained that this vomiting was normal! Lack of weight loss explained by not being tight enough.

I had my lapband 3 years ago and have succeeded at losing 1 pound! I will regurgitate on a small amount of liquid....especially in the morning. After I vomit the small amount of food or liquid, I can then eat pounds of food without any symptoms. What is this about?????????????? d.
