You will be fine I was banded on Jan. 27 I am down 47 lbs and I feel great I had no pain did not have to use my pain Meds or anything I have only had one fill which I think hurt more than the band . Congratulations on Friday I had mine on Friday as well I was driving on sunday back to work on Monday yahoo I think you will do fab

Congrats I think you will be so happy I know I am seemed like forever but the day got here and I am down almost 50 lbs would do it again if I had to.

I try to stay at 1200 but I have been doing less than that I have only had one fill had band on jan 27th 2012 so I try to stay at about that or less.

It will for sure be worth all your troubles be strong you are doing this for yourself and you are worth the no food till surgery date!

I think you have done real good so far just keep it up as if nothing happened get started again a go you can do it, I went today to get my second fill was told I did not need one I stick to it like glue because I did it for myself I have a big family and it is very hard as they will eat to party and party to eat I have to tell myself I have to go weight and it brings me back to watch everything I eat.

I so agree with you I have not had mine very long but just knowing I have it helps me to be careful on everything I eat I so follow it I know it will work I have faith and I do so hate to hear bad things.

Congratulations that is a step foreword I was at 281 was banded jan. 27 th 2012 I am down 247 not bad. I want to be at 150 also.

No I want to go to a support group just se get ideas and help me with questions just to see how everyone is doing would be good I live in Florence

I too had it done in Austin with Dr. Esquevel the True results people ard great I was banded on 27th January 12 I have been doing real good started at 281 I at 250 before my first fill it is good had very little pain was out of work one day.

Wow wow wow that is so good I was just banded on Jan 27 /12 and hope in a year to be at my goal weight that is wonderful and helpful to see folks meeting the goal.

Well I have been banded for one month I just got me first fill it has alot to do with yourself and wanting to do it the band will help but it will not do it all so thee again if you will not make changes it is not going to work I lost 31 pounds before I got the first fill, I wanted to make a change and I so watch everything I eat. Before you pay all that money mskesure you are willing to drop all the sweets and get out move around.

I had one hospital that did not even bother to call me on a gastric bypass and after being banded on jan. 27th 2012 I was happy to say thank goodness they did not call me. I have two insurance companies and one sucks it will not pay for anything I just have it because my work pays for it but it is truly a waste of monies and time my husbands paid for my banding less my copayment buti had to have the testing of everything found out had type II other medical issues.

Well don't feel bad good things come to those who wait those people that work with the insurance companies are real good at helping with getting it all taken care of. I went thru all of it and I am two times your ages.
