My husband and I do not eat, drink anything with artificial sugar substitutes because they are not good for you. We eat as much organic as we can. I did mention this to my dietician and she suggested using stevia, which is fine by me. But everything I picked up on their suggestions list has sucralose in it. the EAS Advant EDGE carb control drinks has it. The CarbMaster yogurt from Kroger as well. Does anyone have any suggestions? I do go tomorrow for pre op testing and will see what they say...in the meantime I guess it's water for the rest of the day.... :banghead:
