I was banded feb 8th and so happy about my decision to do it !
I have lost 25 lbs the first 3 weeks and now at a total standstill , I started solids ( flounder, salmon, tunafish) and it feels so good !
Today I had a chicken cutlet ( maybe 1/3) a few bites of mashed potatoes and I had no problems at all. Is anyone have problems with getting all the protein in?
