Had revision 3/30/12 best thing I ever did was get rid of band! -
I have been back to work 2 weeks and I sip protein drinks in between breakfast and lunch and dinner. Remember you will be eating like 2oz of protein and a half hour will b fine,then wait your time and start sipping liquids.

6 weeks no lifting over 10 pounds I was told, but can walk all u want.

I have BCBS state of Florida pop and they covered my band in 2010 and just 3/30 my revision to sleeve and I was never a BMI of 50.

I hope they approve it for you! I had a band slip and was necessary so I had approval right away. My BCBS had originally paid for band. -

You will have a new outlook on food and eating, I have no desire to eat and have to make sure I get my protein in. Also my family is eating healthier too!

I was sleeved 3/30 and am down 26lbs and find the same issue, I am only weighing now once a week. Are you eating solids yet? I am still on puréed thru this week. I am trying to walk 3days a week as back to work last week also. Look for non scale victories too like clothes fitting looser.

Bosley makes a nice thinning hair combo, shampoo,conditioner and thickening foam,as a hairstylist I have seen it work well ,comes color treated formula also. -

No eating premiere shakes,cottage cheese,sugar free jello and sugar free pudding,plus hot tea and broth occasionally and my 2 chewable vitamins. Plus not needing diabetic meds! I walked around a few outlet stores today and the grocery store. Family eating bugs me too,but really not hungry @all. Have to retrain our brains! -
