Our stats are almost the same except your so much younger lol. I was 110lbs when I got married 22 years ago. I look back and think why in the hell did I not wear a bikini all the time lol. I have ridden horses my whole life so I was in good shape although my legs are short they were in good shape lol. I want to get to a healthy weight for my size and feel good at 40 We are both October babies too. Mine is the 31st.

I have the same mixer/blender thing. It is great love it.

Did you get the flavored protein? I got the chocolate and it has directions on the tub. I just mix it with water and put in the a small single serving blender to get rid of all the lumps. I hope this helps. I believe its 1 or 2 scoops (your preference) with 8 ounces of water.

I wonder if he knows this time the weight will stay off and you will get to a healthy and attractive weight at the same time. The thought of dieting is always knowing in the back of your mind that it will eventually come back. The thought of surgery is the odds are it won't ever come back. This is probably a worry for him. Your changing your lifestyle so he is worried he will be one of the things that are changed. That is my psychological advice and thought for the day thank you lol

I will pray he stops but the beans and hamhocks sounds so good. I love beans. When is your surgery? Yeah I would stop if I were you it is not worth it. It causes guilt and physical discomfort as well. Think of the surgery date ahead and shop for that time and things you will be eating or needing before and after surgery.

I am going with my husband but there are many women who went alone on this forum. You are well taken care of by the coordinators. You are driven places and escorted wherever you need or want to go. I will definitley let you know what my experience is and will be totally honest with the good and the bad.

It is official I have eaten everything I can get my hands on but it might be for the best. I am so sick of food that the thought of eating now makes me feel sick. This could be a good start to a preop diet with little food. I do not want to eat anything else I am done. I am miserable and I do not like lol. BMJ were you still hungry after surgery? I sure hope I am not hungry at all.

I am being sleeved in Mexico on May 7th with Dr. Garcia. I will be more than happy to answer any questions when I return. There are alot of people that can give you good recomendations for surgeons. My choices narrowed down to Dr. Garcia and Dr. Kelly. I chose Garcia simply because I could not get in touch with Dr.Kelly at that moment because he was transitioning to another coordinator. I have heard great things from their patients and I believe either one would be a good choice. The money is comparable too. I do not believe anyone will get offended or have a problem with this posting simply because you are asking for personal experiences and that is something people cannot dispute. I am excited. happy and am at total peace with my choice.

Somebody (I do not remember who) just posted on here about a month ago that they used their DL and BC and did just fine. I am so sorry this is happening. We took all our stuff to the post office and they took our pic and checked everything and sent if off and we had ours within 4 weeks.

Yeah I think I might start my preop diet early so I can get some control and structure back.

I know it so crazy how different everyone reacts. I am afraid mine will go into shock and hold on to every ounce of fat I have lol. I know this is not realistic but it would definitely be my luck.
