Ha Ha. We do have a gremlin inside that is always hungry and your not supposed to feed it after midnight because it turns into a hungry monster lol. I cannot wait to have my gremlin surgically removed lol. -

I thought the same thing initially but I quickly got put back into reality because I cannot diet worth a ****. I always fall back into the old habits and eat something bad. I do understand what your saying. It will all be fine. I have my surgery in Mexico on May 7th and life will change for the better. It may be tough but it will be worth it. -

I agree with Lbeauty. Just hang in there make sure you are drinking enough fluids, protein and walking. It will start back up again.

I need to know what kind of unflavored Protein does not have an after taste. I have not tried it myself but was told by the guy in GNC it was gross. I also need something not so expensive. I want to have protein in my diet during the clear liquid phase. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

No it doesn't. Are you weighing everyday? You should only weigh once a week. Also are you taking your antacid meds like prevacid. Acid in the stomach can make you feel hungry even when you are NOT having heartburn. You lost 21lbs already! That is great. Do not panic and relax everything will work. -
I would think you could if you didn't take a bite and swallow it lol. Just eat it slow like a popsicle. I also was told to get some small sticks and put bananas on them and freeze them like popsicles. If you like bananas that would be good too. I think they are considered full liquids but you are starting that tomorrow anyway.

I don't know. I have seen people talk about it also. I bought the shots for the liquid phase. They have 26grams of protein for a 3 ounce shot.

I just bought regular chicken and beef broth from walmart. I also got my protein shots from walmart. They have several different name brands. I think I paid $10 for 6 in a box. They taste better cold.
