I usually eat between 1200 and 1700 in feed days .is that bad. I'm usually so hubgry because I also train on the fasting days -

Ive been having horrible heartburn reflux lately . Anyone else have the same problem so far out ?

The last few days have been the first time ive had any problems with it and diet hasent changed.

The girls were a 44 dd and now a 38 dd but they are a little deflated. I still have 48 more pounds to loose so only time will tell what condition they will be in.
