Does it matter what ones or any papaya enzymes

Also i have been back on a certin diet yogurt in the morning and a small salad for lunch with just oil and ving.

Ate some stringy meat and now it's the next morning and I feel clogged can't even really keep water down but nothing is coming up when I try to get it to come up what should I do?????? By the way I been banded for 4yrs never had this problem
