Thanks melissa! Only other abdominal surgeries ive had were having my gallbladder out after preeclampsia(but she was not a section baby not enough time) and a partial tube removal after an ectopic so I don't think I have too much scar tissue. I do worry about the clots though. Any suggestions on that worry? I am glad for you other tips and I am sorry things were bumpy for you -

It means alot to get such positive energy from everyone! My husband isnt a very emotion based kinda guy so if hes scared ill never know and he is supportive but apprehensive and doesnt wanna hear mu concerns because he then worries and he wants to be the "stro.g" one

Lungs are good though I used to be a smoker about 5 yrs back. CXR was fine though

I am having my surgery by a surgeon I adore Dr Neff in NJ. I have never had issues in the past but any time ive been put under it has not been by choice it has been in emergency situations. Last time I was put under for any length of time by choice I was 18 and childless.

Hi everybody. Im new to the site and my surgery is March 19. I'm super nervous about the anestheia and leaving my kids to do this and be in the hospital for a few days. Any words of wisdom?
