I had the same problem...I added a small amount of out meal...about 1/4 cup and also added a non fat Greek yogurt to my protein shakes and started to feel much better....I was so hungry that the acid in my stomach was making me nauseous...I had a head ache from grinding my teeth and you can just imagine the mood I was in.
