I like this topic. I don't smoke them a lot, but would like to partake in the enjoyment of a nice cigar and adult beverage. I don't inhale, so not sure how this could really affect post op... thoughts? Anyone really know answer? Just got some Gurka Widow Makers (nice name)...MY wife bought them.. LOL

Sassy - I have tried that kind also. It is a good deal. The kind I bought, is very good also, and I I got 6lbs for $28 (just found price). Type II diabetic, so like that there are no carbs. Mixing with Water, with spoon is not too grity, but a blender is probably better.... I "used" to really be into lifting and I am used to the taste of this stuff..and find this one pretty good and mixes well!. One Scoop with H2o is only 140 cals and 27 grams of P, and 2 carbs!

I am pretty easy to please. I like this since you just mix with water. CytoSport makers of Muscle Milk 100% Whey Protein 27g 6lb bag vanilla Concentrated and Isolated whey protein Ingredients: Whey Protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, natural and artificial flavor, salt, acesulfame potassium, Guar Gum, Sucralose, Soy Lecithin. Directions: Mix 1 rounded scoop into 6-8 fl-oz of cold water. I have Chocolate one. I think it tastes pretty good. I would be interested to hear if there is any reason not to use it (pre/post op).
