I'm up getting ready to go to the hospital to get my sleeve. I'm a bit nervous but I know God is for me. My surgery is scheduled for 10:00 am I have to be there at 8:00 see you on the sleeve side.

I got this really great shake from GNC called Amplify its really good all natural almost no carbs 40 grams of protein per serving check it out. I mix mine with rice milk or plain coconut almond milk delicious.

I get my sleeve tomorrow too. Look to your future where you will be a year from now and smile. That is what I'm focusing on.

Be able to shop at Express! Be able to eat a small bite of chicken and be full. Be able to look down and see my kitty. Be able to run, jump without feeling like I'm about to die. Be able to look in the mirror and for once in my life feel accomplished!

What about rice or coconut milk its not thick and has great protein.

Miralax mixed with Gatorade is very rough the only reason they had me mix it with gade is so I won't dehydrate. I started drinking, I have to down 64 ounces I have to drink eight ounces every fifteen to thirty minutes.

I made the mistake of telling a so called friend oh my what a mistake. Friend: what do you mean wls like getting your stomach cut? Why you don't need that. All you need to do is control your diet exercise and you will be fine. Me: You dont understand I have been dieting exercising on and off all my life. I lose then gain then lose then gain. Do you have any idea how much strain that is putting on my body? Friend: I just can't understand why you would think doing something so drastic can benefit you. You can die, lose your hair, have lose skin is it worth it? Me: Is it worth me living a life of insecurities of constant imprisonment low energy high cholesterol. I was looking for support in you. Friend: I'm totally against it and I will try my best to talk you out of it. This is not for you. To make a long story short she knows my surgery is tomorrow is calling me constantly and I'm ignoring all her calls is this wrong just don't need the negativity right now. I almost feel like telling her I'm not doing it just to get her off my back. Ugh why did I open my mouth.

Yes I have the pre op blues tool I want to eat my dog lol. I'm starving tomorrow I have the bowel prep on top of the liquid diet then Wednesday its the big day I almost can't wait so this torture can end lol.
