I couldn't sleep the first week now sleep like a baby

I'm worried my husband has an attraction to BBW now that I'm losing weight I'm not sure what with happen.

I did have a lot of itching on my stomach it has subsided but it was bad. Can anyone explain?

Sleeved 2/20 so far 12lbs gone. I feel great! Joined a gym yesterday. I'm still struggling with the water intake however I can drink my protein shakes with no problems yesterday I was able to drink 40 oz of water so it gets easier I guess.

I was sleeved on 2/20 so far lost 10 lbs I thought by now I would have lost more. These last 2 pounds to get under 200 are taking forever. Advice please!

If you don't have the stomach for this please keep it moving. Please share your bowel prep guidelines, survival tips etc.. My bowel prep guidelines are Dr ordered K-Dur Potasium pill 238 grams of Miralax mixed with 64 ounce of Gatorade not purple red or orange. 9:00 take two 11:00 take one 2:00 start Miralax/Gatorade drink Nothing to eat by mouth only broth and liquids. I'm not sure if its the nerves but I already started running to the bathroom. My stomach is making funny rumbling sounds.Thank God I work from home. Its going to be a long day.

What helped for me was pillows to prop me up and a pillow under my legs to remove the pressure off my back slept like a baby. Hope it helps. It will get easier!

Anyone ever heard of appendicitis 5 days post surgery. I'm in the ER now with horrible pain on my lower right side

Update it was not my appendix, it was the drain tube they pulled it out last night pain all gone back to being sleeve happy. Thank you all for your support!!!

Meds Levisin to control stomach cramping Liquid percoset only drank it three times since being home Zofran for nausea Childrens liquid tylenol for mild discomfort or headache took that twice. And on top of the surgery I got my period two days post op and I'm doing great!

Hi I have a schedule I follow to keep me on track and focus. I stared taking my vitamins about 3 weeks prior to surgery to get into the habit of taking my vitamins. I take Multivitamin with Iron and folic acid. B-12 complex Calcium nitrate 1200mg with Vitamin D 3 My food schedule 7:00 Protein shake 9:00 snack Greek yogurt 12:00 lunch Soup w/ protein 3:00 Protein Shake 6:00 dinner soup w/ protein 8:00 snack SF Jello SF pops In between I have to make sure I am drinking Water I'm not near the 64 ounces yet averaging about 40 not counting SF pops which add to water content.

Has anyone experienced a sharp pain in their lower right abdomen area. I got my period on Friday so I'm thinking is cramps but this is bad. Can't get up without crying I was doing fine what happened? This sucks!!!!

I was sleeved on the 20th 5 days post op. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with the whole food thing. I was told my nutrionist to eat six small meals plus water 64 ounces daily. Yesterday I downloaded an app on my phone to help remind me when to eat and drink. At times I don't want to eat but I find myself kind of forcing to eat at specific times so I don't eat too late at night. Then Im wondering what do I eat now I'm still on liquids which sucks not much choices. All I do is think about food and water. Anyone else feel this way! I also find myself mourning food like chips especially when watching a movie. Ugggh help! Besides this I feel great no pain, surgery went well I'm down 6 lbs post op. No regrets!
