I am 2 yrs going on 3 in February post op. I lost a total of 60 lbs in the first year but re gained 45lbs that's a lot. In that time I went through a separation, relocated to a new state and fell back to my old eating habits this is hard to admit but I need help again. I'm working on eating better however I need help, tips how do I start my weight loss again. BTW does anyone else feel hungry all the time?

Thanks for the tip. We go through hoops to get the surgery to find out they did do it right it's ridiculous I think that's my case also. No sleeve I had a sleeve

Ok so I plateau for about 3 weeks its because I was also gaining muscle now I'm 170 from 243 sleeved 2/20. I feel stronger and better. I am walking about 5 miles daily and eating 6 small meals a day...

Hi everyone. I've been gone for a while I was sleeved 2/20 hw 243 pre op 212 cw 177 total lost 66lbs. After op I'm losing weight slowly dr said its as long as I'm eating right I should be losing 1-2 pounds a week. Also had to stop working out for a bit due to seizures they are controlled now I'm back to exercising. Have about 45 lbs to get to goal weight between 130-135. Hope all are doing great

Short term goal to lose 20 lbs by fall. Highest weight 243 Pre Open weight 218 Current Weight 180 Sleeved Feb 20 I'm a slow loser, I'm really trying!

Anyone suffering from forgetfulness?

I was sleeved on Feb 20 so far lost 6 dress sizes from 18 to 12. Weight before surgery 220 highest weight 243 now 170. I'm still having a difficult time eating drinking.
