I am so glad I found this site! I will be starting a milk diet for 2 to 3 weeks and was told I could only have skim milk and water. I can add protein powder to the milk, but that's it. I am really nervous about this. I don't drink milk at all, so they suggested I try Soy milk instead. I asked if I could use slim fast because I have used them before, but they said, No that won't work." I'm really worried about succeeding with this diet. Any advice?
