I totally just walked past a full length glass door and thought...wow...I really do look smaller...and I actually have the desire to do my hair in the mornings and put on makeup. I work for a small company so looking good hasn't always been a top priority for me...but suddenly as my body changes...I actually want to look good...LOVE MY SLEEVE! Best thing I ever did for myself!

According to my scale when I was almost 3 weeks out I gained 4 pounds...then a friend pointed out that I looked "puffy" and gave me a fluid pill. Since I was SO used to seeing myself at 441 lbs it didn't register that I was smaller and was "puffy". I took the pill that day and the next morning those 4 lbs plus 5 more were gone.

Im with Chell...please tell!!!! I am 1 month out today as well!

the ones I found are a brand called Life Choice...seriously...they are super good!

OMG! I just found some protein bars at Wal-Mart that are AWESOME! They come in various amounts of protein. Of course I am at work and cant think of the name of them! I so hate that! I actually had one for dinner last night cause I wasn't too hungry and needed to get in more protein.

I've pissed it off a hundred times today...but I can't help it...I'm soooo thirsty.

If I drink to much or to fast my tummy gets very mad.

I have no idea why..but the last 2 days I can't get enough to drink...and I can't drink it fast enough.

I had this NSV the other day too! I was AMAZED!

All the grocery stores in my area have it...its made by breyers.

Anyone tried it???

i have it too...mine is more like a tense pain...like how when i am suer stressed my shoulders ache.

I had 3 sips of a Dr pepper yesterday...I'm good for another month!

try taking a little bit of pain meds when you get up...let that sit for a bit...then drink something...that is what i had to do the first few days till some swelling went down...then it was all downhill from there!

It is very much so normal...keep following the plan and it will start coming off again...

I had that issue and I was retaining water...any chance that is the case for you?

it is a chore for me too! I have to make myself eat every few hours or I will go all day with nothing!

This was my post that you answered...and I actually took some of your advice...so like I said...ignore the person that is being a jerk off...if they don't like what you have to say then that is their issue...I like seeing you around!

I personally have enjoyed reading things that you have replied to. You commented on a post of mine a week or so ago and it was along the same lines as others had posted. I think you should ignore the people that are giving you grief...you have been sleeved for a considerable amount of time and your journey can and will help people...we all may be different but a lot of the journeys are the same...

Thats what is sooo strange! I don't use salt at all when I cook. I stopped doing it years ago when I was taking care of my grandmother and her doctor told me that I had to limit her sodium...so I stopped using salt or any seasoning that is high in sodium. I am just happy to know that it wasn't that the sleeve wasn't going to work...it was my body clinging to all the water!

So...I discovered the reason for my 4 lb gain last week! all the Water I was drinking...and it wasn't coming out. My friend gave me a Fluid pill and about 30 minutes later I was going...and going...and going...I think I had about a gallon of water stored in my body! It was CRAZY! I didn't notice that my feet were puffy because...well they looked like they did when I was 441 lbs. Now though, they are almost boney looking...I know I still have a bit more water stored up that needs to be flushed out but I don't want to be dependant upon fluid pills...anyone know any other tricks? FYI...since ridding myself of the gallon of fluid...I dropped those 4lbs and 1 more! whoot!

I gained this week too! I'm so pissed! I'm doing what my Dr says and I Freaking gained!!!!
