I'm a stomach/side sleeper, how long was it until you could sleep on your side or stomach?

Time? Place?

Does anyone take Optisource vitamins? I asked the PA if I can take those or if gummy vitamins would be better. She said whatever I preferred. What one would be better?

What day would it be?

We will be sleeve sisters I'm on June 4th as well.

I've read that some people have gotten a medical bracket saying they have had bariatric surgery. I ask the PA at my surgeons office and she told me don't worry about getting one. Do y'all have one? If so what does it say? I almost want to get one just to make me feel better.

This made me giggle when I seen this post. I went zip lining back in October in Mexico. I got stuck in the middle of the zip line I had no arm or stomach muscles to pull myself back I was crying and screaming "I'm gonna die." lol I laughed about ur now, but it was really scary when your heavy and have no control. Lucky the people working there helped me. My boyfriend felt horrible because they had to grab him before they could get to me. He said it was a horrible feeling sitting there watching me cry and there was nothing he could do for me. Needless to say I probably will never do zip lining again. Apparently the zip lining place we went to was featured on Fear Factor and I can tell you I see why. We were going like 60 mph on the one I got stuck on all because I put the brakes on too early because of fear. It's a funny story but I can actually say I did it.

I have a couple questions. First is I'm a big tea drinker. Hot tea in the am is the best. I have a whole bunch of regular lipton tea bags, my question is should I get rid of them? They are not the decaf one and I'm not sure if I will ever be able to drink regular tea again. What would you do? I'm cleaning out my cupboards trying to get rid of the "bad food." I have done wheat pasta in the cupboard, would you get rid of that too? I'm giving what I can't eat or drink anymore to my mom so it doesn't go to waste. Thank y'all so much for helping me through my journey.

So I've tried nectar protein and premier chocolate. The nectar was yuko and the premier chocolate was ok. Anyone have any suggestions on a good tasting protein drink. It's getting frustrating for me.
