Beachbody is a name of a group. It has different DVDs you can buy or just go there for support. I prefer not to workout at a gym do I bought videos to do at home. I'm not coordinated at all lol.

I'm so excited for you! I'm starting mine on Monday. There is a schedule for the workouts you can print online or when you receive the DVDs there is a book that has the schedule too.

I haven't exercised in forever either. But from what my friend tells me it's amazing and a super easy workout. At what point would you be able to eat it? I'm 2 weeks post op today. Down 11 lbs since surgery total lost is 29 lbs.

I have BCBSIL and mine was covered. I'm almost 4 weeks post op. my surgeons name is Emma Patterson in Portland Oregon. I have had no complications. Best surgeon ever! I paid around I'm not sure what my final cost is I'm still waiting for all my bills to come in.
